Katherine Heekin has dedicated her career to protecting small businesses and individuals, protecting children and the elderly, and working relentlessly for fairness and justice for all.
A lawyer in Oregon for seventeen years, Katherine is the founder of The Heekin Law Firm, a firm that fights for the victims of fraud. Her clients include small family-owned businesses, nonprofit organizations, small technology companies, builders, accountants, and individual Oregonians of all stripes.
Katherine is running for Attorney General because she believes strongly in the values her parents taught her: fairness, helping others, hard work, and public service. She will be a courageous advocate for Oregon families and Main Street by fighting against corporate fraud and abuse, and she will be a tireless champion for our most vulnerable, protecting them from exploitation and neglect.
Katherine and her husband, artist and furniture maker Shawn McFaul, have two children, Nate (age 10) and Camille (age 7), and one golden retriever, Moxie.
